Peter Hillier is a director of THL, having previously been managing director of Martin Currie Private Clients Ltd. He joined Henderson Administration in 1986 where he was a director of the group's private client division. He moved to the private client team at Touche Remnant in 1992. Peter joined Martin Currie in 1993 to set up and manage their private client business. He is chairman of Thornhill Premium Fund and a member of the APCIMS Investment Management Firms Committee. Richard Onslow is a director of Thornhill Investment Management, having previously been an assistant director of Martin Currie Private Clients Ltd. Richard joined the private client department at Kleinwort Benson in 1994. He moved to Martin Currie Private Clients in 1998. Stewart Heggie is an account manager. He manages client accounts and assists in the management of private clients portfolios. He joined in 2006, having spent two years working for Scottish Widows where he held roles in the marketing and developing of their investment products. Stewart is a member of the UK Society of Investment Professionals. Jane Ironside is an assistant account manager. She assists in the management of private client portfolios. Following three years working for Prolific Unit Trusts, she joined Martin Currie in 1987. Having spent many years promoting the company's retail and institutional fund management services, she joined the private client team in 2001. Neil Teather is client services manager in the Edinburgh office. He is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service and reporting are delivered to clients. He joined Martin Currie Unit Trusts in 1991 as an administrator and moved to the private client team in 1994. Kirsty McGuckian liaises with clients and their advisers on a day-to-day basis to ensure accounts are maintained to a high standard. She joined Thornhill from Tilneys in 2005. Matthew Coyle works alongside Kirsty and Neil to ensure clients receive the highest standard of service. He graduated from the University of St Andrews in 2005 and joined Thornhill, from Standard Life, the following year. Irene McConnachie worked for Martin Currie Private Clients Ltd for four years. She provides secretarial support to Peter Hillier and Sandy Dudgeon, and liaises with both clients and advisers on a daily basis, dealing with any queries.
